I'm Dylan Vermette, a 3rd-Year Mechanical Engineering student at UVic with a thing for building systems that just work. I'm drawn towards problems where the stakes are real and the solution has to hold up — like restoring my Volvo S60 to factory-quality and then some.
My goal is to graduate with not just a piece of paper but a body of work and knowledge I'm genuinely proud of. Outside of school, you'll find me in the gym, working on vehicles, or working through a good book.
Looking ahead
I'm aiming to start my career in robotics — building systems where mechanical design, software, and real-world physics all have to work together.
