First post — what this blog is for and what to expect.
Welcome. This is where I'll write about projects, problems I've worked through, and engineering ideas worth keeping.
I'll be slow but consistent — quality over volume.
Why a blog
A few reasons:
- Writing forces clarity. If I can't explain why a part failed or why a design works, I don't actually understand it.
- Future me will thank present me. Notes on what I tried, what worked, and what didn't.
- A portfolio that shows thinking, not just results. Polished case studies are great. The ugly half-process is more useful.
